One of the worst companies I have dealt with, highly recommend to avoid!
The product has not arrived on the scheduled delivery date, and I had no contact from UK Flooring about this. When I called them they didn't really seem to care.
It’s taken me already month and still no refund. You can email/phone and they just do nothing...!!!! AWFUL customer service!

UK Flooring Direct offered me extra time to exchange my floorboards whilst I was 28 days into the 30 day returns period, then over the next week they ignored my attempts to contact them; on the rare occasion I receieved a response it was generic and unhelpful, and I have wasted several hours and hundreds of pounds with this company only to be left with floorboards I cannot use.

Ordered 40 cases of engineered wood flooring. Delivery fine but halfway through the job discovered it was two different batches that didn't fit together.
After many emails and phonecalls (3 weeks later) told that warehouse could not find batch to match laid floor.
FUKD suggestion was to take up laid floor, return it and they would generously replace with a batch that matched the boards we had left over.

Explained that finished rooms had been decorated, skirting and beading done and furniture back in..

Their mistake. No interest in issue. No compromise. No offer to foot the bill for recovery work.

3 samples delivered promptly !had 4 packs and underlay delivered on the Saturday Fitted it on the Sunday, easy to fit and a great product 5*

Very happy with our purchase, the flooring looks just as it does in the pictures, the quality is very good for the price, so happy, delivery was very quick too, would highly recommend

Appalling service, dreadful product (luxury Vinyl Flooring) , difficult to fit, several faulty boards, if you find one with a bad edge in the previous row it near impossible to get them apart without damaging the end edges, sent back without opening the second box, requested a refund, had an email to say my order had been despatched, long chat conversation revealed nothing ( I was concerned that they were delivering a replacement) two weeks after collection no refund hsd arrived, left messages thought "chat messages" (no one available to chat) had to start a case though PayPal, got refunded the next day. waste of time, not good enough.

Happy with timescales and product. The only thing that stopped the 5 stars is a few of the boards were chipped. I appreciate this can happen in transit but, they were in the middle of the packs.

Order accepted and money taken, received delivery details email. Came the appointed day nothing delivered. Eventually after a lot of hassle on the phone. Informed items ordered not even in stock! Matter now in the hands of Customer services. New delivery subject to stock arriving advised eagerly awaited a further week to wait. Refunds have been offered and received. Does not make up for disappointment. This order could have led to a much larger order to cover another room. Second thoughts now. Advice to future customers seek accurate information re stock levels before ordering. Just checked web site my item PL-421 states in stock order within 6hrs to get delivery by 31st march 5 days earlier than I have been advised. Be warned.Flooring delivered some 11 days late. Delivery refunded free cleaning products supplied these arrived a day later than the floor on a seperate delivery massive truck for a small box!

Terrible customer service. I was sent 28m of the wrong flooring, that they said was the same in a different package, even though it bore no similarity to the sample. To top it off, what they sent was £3.50 per meter cheaper at a differen supplier! After 2 failed collection promises by them, I have been ignored for over a week. It is now almost a month since order. I have donated £430.00 of wrong floor to a family member, and purchased new flooring from a supplier who cares about their customer!

The company were very supportive and kept in contact when our delivery of laminate flooring was damaged beyond use, and pieces were missing from the door profiles. New delivery was sent very quickly and we are happy with the quality of these items. Good ending.

Before I leave this review please understand I have never fitted a floor before but I am not a novice DIYer either.The product was great and the delivery was superb the only complaint I have is I would suggest that they make a video showing how to fit flooring as the videos I found on YouTube were not for the specific product and were a little different. They have the words EASY DIY on the website but no information on how to do the DIY.Just a thought that could help push your products forward. Again the product was amazing and the delivery was as expected. The driver was also very good leaving the pieces outside so I could social distance from him and him from I.
